Highest league position 12 years?

I think I'm right in saying that we currently find ourselves in our highest league position since we were relegated from the prem under Dave Bassett and then Ron Atkinson. I certainly don't think we ever occupied an automatic promotion spot at any stage in the play off season under Hart?

I'm sure someone will prove me wrong ( ) but I think that is as much a testament as anything else to how we've been playing this season.
