just thinking that with pompey now being able to/having to sell players outside the window, he might be an option for the left back position, until the end of the season? Don't know how much the administrators would want for him...

They can sell players but they can't play until next season. Let it go, what we have now is what we have.

That's not strictly true though - isn't it the case that they can't play for another Premiership club this season, but can play for either a Championship club or non-UK club? They may require FIFA approval... or something like that.

I'm sure that's what I read in the paper this week, so it must be true.

One of the Championship sides was interested in Tommy Smith before he broke his nose the other night!

Someone (who I cant be arsed to google) has gone from pompey to qpr under these terms ie eligible to play for qpr in championship this year

Although, bless him, Herman is now injured.

Was that Tosic? If so he was released in the last transfer window because they couldn't pay him so he was a free agent. The only players we can bring in now are free agents.
