Dias was shit, but he's a different position to Yates, thats before you consider Yates was in no way a shoe in for Karankas approach. Yates aint a passer of the football at the level required for AKs counter attack.
"The likes" of Yates. You could say Appilad positionally.

Shows how much better a fit for us MON is, being able to utilize players we're producing, instead of having to buy a shed load of CMs instead.

Money needed to be spent here Alf, you cant realistically hold that against AK, lets not forget the encouraging signs shown under MON centre around, Colback, Lolley, Grabban, Watson etc. All recruited on AKs watch.

Good lad is Moussi. Played football like his kit was on fire but he loves Forest.

If we're talking about Moussi, I feel the Moose tache needs a re-post:

I don't and it did. If anything I think AK would have been against having to make do with players like Dias, and wanting better here.

THE MOOSE, THE MOOSE, THE MOOSE IS ON FIRE!

He would have fit well into the current side well also at his peak, it's good to know we will always be in his heart.

I feel the same, there's something special about our club.

It absolutely is a special club.

I still remember his pre-season debut vs Everton and how he looked every bit the next Vieira. Still love him despite him not being quite that good

And in his actual league debut against Reading he looked the absolute biz. It petered out abit but he was still an important player in two playoff campaigns

He did his best, and he did a lot of unseen work that meant we weren't quite as good when he wasn't in the team.

The main issue was that he got injured a fair amount and when he did it normally took a few stages for him to get back to speed, the first one where he looked like he didnt really know what a football was for a while.

Overall one of our better signings.

I agree, his debut was pretty sensational. He absolutely ran the show, but when I saw him later I couldn't believe it was the same player.

I will always love him for his sheer tenacity and commitment, not to mention that when scoring his first Forest goal against t‘Barnsleh, he then, in full knowledge that he’d already been booked, jumped into the Trent End, thus earning a second yellow card and an early bath.

After celebrating, he then trudged off the pitch, milking the applause of the supporters, whilst Modern Romance blared-out „Ay, ay, ay, ay Moosey!“

A great day.

And I remember after that game he put in a transfer request because he thought he was getting boo'd.
