Well at least watching Akinbiyi squandering sitter after sitter for Leicester in the Premiership was very satisfying after that. Wolves, horrible club always have been. Definitely in my top five clubs I can't stand.

That he used his common sense - rather than going after Boli, he told the winger he was marking that it was his fault.
The winger didn't go near him again during the game. Also said in a post-match press conference that it was an accident so Boli wasn't suspended for later rounds. Psycho is the greatest man alive.

He reckoned Boli had clocked him giving the French winger a hard time (as he would do, it's Psycho!), so when up for a corner he cunning planned an arcing run and planted his nut on Pearce and took him down.
After he got up, quick-thinking Pearce - rather than retaliate - went straight up to the right-winger and said "That was YOUR fault". The right winger didn't go near him all game lol
He said he didn't complain because if he had then people would be quick to dredge out all Pearce's misdemeanors... wise guy. After the game he was asked about it by the media and said it was an accident (for the same reasons), and got back to the hotel to find a fax from Boli thanking him for being so gracious.
He did have a wry smile and express his regret in not playing against him again...
