I just think he's good going forward & not great defensively. He is a good crosser of the ball & gets in dangerous positions. He's got 9 goals in just over 50 games since going back to Argentina.

When he joined we spent 90% of our time defending.

I don't think Montiel managed a tackle in any of the minutes he played, he really was dreadful, but it was Jara who went on his holidays.

My recollection is slightly different, in that I think he stopped appearing on the pitch, on account of being rinsed continually by every left winger he played against
