Wetness is the physical property of a liquid adhering to the surface of a solid.
Because water is the liquid itself rather than a solid surface coated in moisture, it makes other things wet without being wet itself.
We’ve had people both defending the transfer policy and others complain about it - both sides have folk regularly banging the drum so all need fk be careful not to play the victim.
If I am honest I find the points about Anderson going and Glasner coming in and already having a recruitment plan a bit much

Not sure why, we knew Anderson was going for weeks, we bid on Bergvall and Spurs want too much money, fine move on, but who's next on the list? We usually find out through Romano etc. Who the next target is but nothing. Are we sweating it out on Bergvall eventually being available at a reduced price? Again thats fine but very risky potentially leaving us with a last minute panic buy instead if he goes elsewhere or stays
I'll reiterate it's not kid in a sweet shop stuff, I'm surprised more business hasn't been done considering everyones learning a new system, the importance of preseason and the fact half the league have sorted their main targets already
I'm sure ( I hope) things will all pan out fine, but we have already lost time, we're what? 3 weeks from the first league game? The lack of incomings for preseason will have a negative effect as players will have less time to integrate

I didn't know that half the league have sorted their main targets already.
That does change the perspective somewhat.
It means Forest have waited for half the league to show their hand and can now operate from a better position with less competition.

How about Crystal Palace, Sunderland, Fulham and Everton? I'd like to think they're all direct rivals too.
What is interesting in that list is how few loans out we've made Vs the others. I'd like to think we're working on some decent EFL loans out for a handful of our youngsters. Much better development (if placed at the right club and level) than the U21s.

That's fair enough, but a few of our rivals have also been 'slow' in the transfer market.
It's the Forest way to leave things to fairly late to try and get the best deal, although I feel we didn't necessarily achieve that last year (Hutchinson and Bakwa deals). Ndoye too, with hindsight, felt too much (but that deal wasn't done end of July).
I wasn't being sarcastic. In fact I was trying my hardest to not be sarcastic and answer a point you have raised with a valid reply.

I don't consider that business you listed will be the main transfer business for those clubs by the end of the window so I don't agree that is a fact which you have the used as a basis for a point.
And if it does turn out to be their main business then my observation is a valid one is it not?
As for the kid in the sweetshop comments. You know what? You haven't been like that but some very definitely have been a bit like that and noo e has said you have been.
