I don't think Garner will play up front for us again. Davies clearly doesn't rate him; he only played last season when there were injuries so he had no choice but to pick him.

Indeed, when he came onto the scene under CC, I thought we had a very good player on our hands. I still would prefer him in the team over McGoldrick or Adebola but for one reason or another Davies doesn't really rate him.

I'd be surprised if he was here next season.

Send him out on loan, let him get some games under his belt as a centre forward and then see how he does.

Compared with McGoldrick's 3 in 26 or Adebola's* 3 in 29 attempts as a centre forward?

* who clearly showed last night he couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo

quality player and a real shame he has not had a game up front all season, pretty much a goal every other game last season (start wise) and scored some crackers. 3rd best striker at the club, hard working, and a goalscorer but BD obviously has some problem with him.

Stayed about the same... he was out of the side for ages when we were in the midst of an unbeaten run.
