Game vs rushden yesterday evening

What are your thoughts on this we drew 1-1 can you take any positives out of the game. People go on about it being a freindly but I couldnt help feel slightly dissapointed rushden are a team we should have easily won against 2-3 nil. I'm not fully upto date on who played if someone could give me the full team it would be appreciated. Lets hope Forest can put this game behind them and progress into the new season.
