The right way is putting in derisory offers and then shrugging our shoulders and going "Oh well" when they are turned down?

Hmm.

I don't know why, but when I read this article I decided to pay a visit to FreeForest and had a read of the archives of the ND/MA era.

Possibly some more "spin" to appease the fans? Who knows.

Bring back Camp.

Stunning in what it fails to say, rather than what it does. A spite ridden site in my opinion and I cannot for the life of me work out why

Does anyone know who created it?

Its interesting to see some of the pitfalls of ND/MA's history at Forest though.. especially as at that time I never really knew anything about football politics and just knew about what I saw on the pitch!

I considered long and hard about going on that site and correcting some of their points.........Yes I am in a position to do that, I try to post on here regarding what I know, but as ever one must never betray the confidence of those who trust you enough to allow you the information.

But when fans have made their minds up, it seems that nothing is going to convince them otherwise, so I decided to butt out before I started.

Huge tangled webb of finance that ND inherited, but depending on where you take your starting point for the financial troubles, makes a huge amount of difference to your conclusion's. Mix that with the fact under Doughty's ownership Forest have plumbed the depths into Division three........an unarguable point..........some fans take some convincing. I am not that bothered to try and convince all and sundry..........just get mad every now and then

Exactly. We may have paid over the odds for certain players in the past, but MA does tend to go in first with the coin jar.
