£28 -£30 a ticket for this match.

Appreciate that this could be a crunch match but I think the club are guilty of exploiting our passions in a big way

I work with a Villa fan who can go to matchs for around the £20 mark
A wolves fan who will be charged around £25

Why is our club intent on driving supporters away, how do they justify their match day prices.

I would have been keen on a half season ticket this but again no such option for me.

Do we still have a supporters club and if so do they have any backbone is putting pressure on messrs doughty and arthur to get in the real world.

That's bad.
I would of thought our Adult prices would be around 25 pounds.

Ouch. Almost wish I hadn't chosen that game to come up now...

...when do tickets go on general sale?

Watch it on Sky instead

But then I'd miss out on drinking with those who are going out for the LTLF end of season piss-up...

you could meet them - run to the boozer then run back again when we're safe. Simples

I guess it's just supply and demand though, seeing as it should be a sell out as long as there's something left to play for. QPR & Charlton charge that much all the time.

But they are in Londinium. Where getting overcharged is part of the charm.

Bad call Forest. The fact that the ground will be full no matter what the cost, is no justification for these prices. Yet another PR disaster by club management.

It will look even worse if Forest and Southampton are already relegated by then.... how many people would pay £30 to see a pointless match between two League One teams?

football itself is guilty of exploiting fans.

A reasonable price for this game should surely be £20 maximum, but the club wouldn't survive if it was cheap every week would it.

We pay players daft wages, we flirt with bankruptcy and we have to charge daft prices.

Football has well and truly been sold off to the highest bidder...and why? Because there's such a loyal, passionate fanbase. This is surely a scandal. At what point did we the fans allow business to come along and cause this mess. Any club who has a guranteed 20,000 people willing to attend every week simply should not be in any financial difficulty. If we're struggling to make ends meet then players are payed too much, simple as.

What the hell is going on?

Players are paid too much. The problem is, if we, as a club don't join in with the stupidity of paying players too much, then said plays walk on to the next mug who will pay them and we become even less competitive than we are now.

This is scandalous.

I appreciate that it's going to be a crucial match, and the elation of last year could well be repeated, in sorts, but charging £30 is ridiculous.

Very bad call.

We're in the relegation zone. The club could have done something to pay back the loyal support we've shown whilst getting thumped every week.

If anything, this game should be £5, not £30. Scandalous Forest, absolutely scandalous.

Thats it. I'm calling for a silent hammock protest. We'll all boycot the game and instead turn up at The Pitch with hammocks - we shall hang them between chairs and watch the game on the TV instead from the safety of our hammocks.

They'll get the picture soon enough with a hammock protest, you mark my words

I may just add that the advance price is 28 but match day it is £30.

I however prefer to buy most my tickets online in advance but get booking charges so it's still nearer the £30 mark which ever way i book.

The fact is that given the season we have had, the economic climate adn the numbe rof clubs who are offering ticket offers, lower season ticket prices etc... Our decision makers just continue to be blind to any of these issues

I think it's a good thing. Firstly Forest are a business. Being nice gets us nowhere. If supply and demand means we can charge £30 and still fill the ground we should do it. If we didn't we would be missing out on income.

Also with it being a long trip and being on sky it should really affect the number of away supporters. If they turn out in large numbers they could inspire their team.

If it costs too much watch it on sky in the pub. If you know the price and still choose to go to a game that is on tv anyway it can't be that unreasonable.

With the game being this price, and with it being on Sky.
I can see what the easier option will be.

That's one that always puzzles me. If you ring the TO to buy a ticket then ask them to keep hold of it so you can collect it in person the next time your in Nottingham how can that attract a booking charge?

You've paid for the call, there are no postage cost's and the staff are already in the office so where do the extra costs come in?

£30 is perfectly reasonable/absolutely disgraceful - after all, we're supporting a well-oiled/badly run business which needs our money to become even better/waste in the future. £30 is small beer when you can see your club slugging it out in the higher/lower reaches of the Championship, knowing that a win/loss will see us triumphantly/whimperingly returning to the division we deserve to be in. Errrrr. Delete as necessary.

By the way, Sky Sports haven't confirmed this is even on Sky yet, it depends on which is the bigger game on the day! So if it means paying £30 which lets be right is only £3 more than the usual, then I will be paying it to cheer the boys on for survival!
