Good news for all remote fans - BBC Radio 5 Live is carrying commentary on the D***y game tomorrow night.

Not sure whether this suffers from the same "can't listen online" problem that afflicts Fray on RNottingham, but you never know...

The can't listen online thing is only there to protect Forestplayer (which lets face it gets a lot of subscribers from outside of Notts who can't get to the game and can't pick up radio nottingham). As everyone can pick up FiveLive, everyone will be able to listen online.
 
I had a feeling it would be on radio 5! Just hopesav isnt doing the commentary; that would be very bad of the bbc because we all know how biased he is.

I get a feeling old Lily will be on commentary, still hopefully he'll get a ball in the face from Radders or Robbie, like he got at Villa.
 
I be at the game but if Darren Fletcher does the commentary it may rekindle a few memories from his Century day.

Savage was at the Ally Pally tonight watching the darts, so he probably wont be at the game and is in London for some sort of commentary.
 
Is radio 5 not a lw frequency? In which case you might be able to get it on the old wireless.
If not and you are forced into using modern methods the best way to find out is to try. I know some bits of iplayer are geo locked to the uk but I don't know about radio.
Second alternative would be to borrow someones forest player account

Have got radio 5 live on now and working fine, but dont know if it will stop for the game as not in Uk
 
are any of the other local sides playing tonight ? or will we get the delights of a forest match on radio Nottingham DAB as well for once ?
 
I thought the live radio streams would stop working due to the company behind Forest & Rams Player having exclusive rights to stream audio online. This doesn't apply to broadcasting via the airwaves though since the radio stations still retain that.
 
Evening Gents, I'm currently in Buenos Aires and Radio 5 Live broadcast has just been cut!!! Does anyone have any recommendations to either listen or watch??

I tried listening to it on Radio 5 and got frustrated at them switching to other matches so I signed into Player instead.
 
I very rarely listen to the world commentary but still end up buying it every season when I'm stuck outside Nottingham.

Does anyone else find it disgusting that we pay the TV licence fee for BBC TV & Radio yet the BBC Nottingham football commentary isn't available unless you pay an extra fee?
