it would be sick if we could sign any of those players for next season, especially blackstock and having seen shelvey play he is going to be amazing. But wether that is in the championship or league 1, who knows LOL?

We still have to remember that we are not that attractive a proposition at the moment. I think a team like Fulham will pick up Shelvey or another one of the smaller premiership guys.

The main thing for me is to get Andersen back on loan for the season and make sure we get blackstock because he brings balance to the side. Wilson should go with Rob Jones probably coming in.Dont be suprised if we see a few free transfers coming in because as Davies has said all along, the squad is paper thin and he wants to bolster it.

Im thinking very little in the way of outward traffic (maybe Wilson, Possibly a few of the younger ones on loan, maybe even Garner but only because Davies appears to not be his biggest fan). I think we will sign at least 5 players, most of which will probably be for nominal fees, like adebola.

We need to keep Garner - his performance at Blackpool was enough to show Davies his true potential. Sometimes you've got to try a cheeky bid or two - don't write off the possibilities of us getting one or two of the 'dream team' put forward by Van H's Son. Try to get them permanently - ask whether they really have a future at their parent clubs. Anderson? Maybe not wanted by the Scouse. Gunter? Looks good but maybe Spurs might just let him go. Osbourne? I don't know what Villa have in mind. Exciting times BUT Forest have to show ambition otherwise I doubt we'd get any of these on a permanent. How long would any of them hang around while we farted around in the Championship?
