The new season may be more than two weeks away ... but the launch of Nottingham Forest's latest fantastic new media offering is just hours from kick-off.

Forest Player goes live tomorrow, replacing Forest World with a host of new and improved features.

Subscribers to the all new premium wide-screen service can look forward to:

Match highlights
Improved quality audio commentary
The chance to watch match highlights before anyone else
See Premium content ad free
Exclusive club news
Works on Mac and PC worldwide
New interactive Match Live Centre
Designed for the fans with many user friendly features

Existing World users will be able to use their current log-ins and payment will continue as normal.

Not all the existing features (such as archive and current World videos) will be going live initially and subscribers are asked to be patient.

But we think you will soon agree that Forest Player is the perfect new media experience for Reds supporters.

Have never had any problems with it on Firefox. Hoping this new Forest Player doesn't through up any issues. Especially since we don't have the fastest broadband connection in Australia.

Excellent. As a Forest World subscriber of many years' standing, I'm looking forward to being able to use this on most of my computers, presently only my windows machine will run Forest World, really I need it on my linux laptop so's I can listen in convenient places and not be stuck in a dark corner of a room on a Saturday afternoon.

This is WAY better than Forest World already. Nice layout, I don't have to constantly log in, the videos stream better and... all the pages actually work!

Yes, always crashes on my xp desktop. have to use ie or my vista laptop.

Or you could use IE Tab on Firefox... or Microsoft's own media player plugin for firefox. There's no excuse other than ignorance for using internet explorer and if you do so, you hate the internet.

I don't hate the internet, just the geeks that live on it. Anyway they made it flash now, everyone's favourite proprietary format

Depends where you work too. Our IT department only allow MS IE on its PCs.
