I have just renewed my forest player subscription and within ten minutes forest send me an email telling me that they will offer me a £10 discount off an annual subscription - why was this not given to me when i was told to renew to access content- but after i have renewed and 10 mins after they email me to thank me for renewing?????????????????????

Kicking off at customer services will do you good. They'll do anything to keep customers happy and if you get some arse who is resisting let him know you will be telling everyone about this on the internet even though you already have!! tee hee.

I paid £20 last year for the commentary-only option. They no longer seem to offer this, it's the whole package or nothing.

Even with £10 off, it means having to pay £30 to listen to delayed coverage from Radio Nottingham. Not sure if I'm going to renew or not.

Exactly the same for me. I e-mailed them about it last week and they sent me a document showing me how to find the live match screen and how to press play.

I was stunned to say the least.
