Having read in the past couple of match day threads of people having problems with Forest Player I would suggest you send an email to them and let them know.

Friend of mine has been in contact and they say nobody is reporting any problems, so if you are having problems, please get writing to them.

Normal situation if you do not complain, they think its all ok, so you have to report problems in order to get things looked at.

The only problem I had was that it decided to start buffering right when Earnie was missing his penalty. Its the only time it did it in the whole match. Perhaps it has stochastic capabilities and decided I was better off not hearing it.

I had a problem at the start of the season and e-mailed regarding the buffering and the stuttering, and they e-mailed back giving me a step by step on how to open Forest Player? Incompetent bastards!

Saying that though, i have the odd buffering issue but it's fine other than that.

I get the commentaries ok but the highlight videos are in a permanent buffer state. I emailed them and they told me to download Google Chrome, which I did but it's no better than before and I'm no techie but I can't see what improvement Google Chrome is over, say, IE8 for viewing online videos.

Chrome is just faster than IE from a standard web user point of view, it really shouldn't make a difference between buffering or not buffering though. It's either that your connection isn't quick enough to cope with the video or their servers are rubbish (most likely it's a combination of the two).

I had problems for the first time on Saturday.

When I opened FP, the stream link wouldn't start and I had to sign out and back in again twice before it registered that I was trying to listen to the Forest commentary.

The Birmingham one worked fine.
