The build up is online I think up until about five minutes before kick-off.

I swear i have listened to it online last season.... Just fount something on bbc about they cant play it online for copyright reasons as the football league own it apparently.

There's only 15 minutes of build up for week games anyway.

only just seen this but for future ref the show tonight started just after the 6 o clock news on 103.8 in Nottingham or through Forest player.

On a Sat you can listen to the build up on the BBC Nottingham website before it cuts off for copyright reasons but on a weekday match the regular BBC Nottingham show (country show or something like that) is streamed online and broadcast on the DAB freq.

Saturdays - football just takes over BBC Nottingham on both FM freq's, DAB & online

The FA CUP games are listenable online as BBC own the rights..
