Quite nice to read this.

In times of difficulty regarding the weather I'm pleased that Forest are helping out Nottingham Rugby Club - particularly after their shambolic treatment by the upstarts over the river. I'm sure I heard someone mention that we'd allowed Counteh use of our indoor training facilities too.

So long as it's not interfering with our own training schedules, then I think that's great.

Well done Forest :)

We should buy Lego Lane when County need the money, f*** County off, and then rent it out to the Rugby team.

I just read that myself and found it very pleasing to see Forest giving a helping hand to other local sporting clubs.

We would not have let it get in the way of our training schedules.

I hope we didn't let County use any of our facilities though, after the way they treated the rugby club they wouldn't deserve it/

Read a similar story about Villa letting Blackburn use their training facilities earlier this week when they played Cov, as Pompey's training ground was frozen and they didn't train for a couple of days (no wonder they're crap!).

Yes, well done to Forest. :)

Although, I can't help but feel that we're poor relations to a team currently sitting in the relegation zone of our division.

Peterborough United's players have been training in Marbella all week to avoid the snow

Pompey are giving away two tickets to each person that helps clear the pitch of snow ready for their game on Saturday.
I think they would be better off giving two tickets to each person to not to have to turn up on Saturday!

I think we should let clownty use our training facilities (as Winnits says as long as it doesn't interfere with our training) as it shows
i. how great we are
ii. what a bunch of carraghers they are for their intended treatment of NRFC.

Brilliant news. After all the crap they've been put through nice to see Forest helping out a local team. Funny how we seem to be the charitable one in the midlands. I seem to remember very sucessful collections for County to help save them aswell. Although, unlike County) I can't see the rugby club forgetting this and pretending it never happened !

Actually, the Sadpies HAVE been using the indoor facilities at Wilford Lane.

Not being local, I've missed what Notts County did to the rugby club that was so bad. Would somebody care to enlighten me?

The rugby club do pretty well out of Forest anyway, given that when I make it up to the Midlands I park on their tennis courts at ÂŁ5 a go, all money which goes to the rugby club apparently..

The Rugger Buggers play their games at Lego Lane in exchange for giving Notts County money. They also used a room at the ground for their adminstrative staff.

Upon becoming 'rich' Notts County annouced that agreement was over, had heavies threaten a member of administrative staff - making them remove stuff from the room before changing the locks. I believe the Rugger Buggers successfully took Counteh to court over the situation and are still playing there.

In a nutshell, clownty turned into to tosspots, and now its come back to bite them on the arse as they're grateful to recieve the dosh from NRFC, just to pay svens wages. And when he goes next month it's back to normal for the clowns!!
