Forest beat burnley in 8 goal thriller!

No we didn't we lost 1-0, Nathan Tyson played terrible and still managed to stay on the pitch for 90 mins and Lee Camp looked very shakey, made some simple saves but didn't do much more... However it is only the first game and league favourites Middlesbrough lost 3-1 to Ipswich

Camp looked fine and made two very good saves. Forest pretty much dominated in the second half, didn't quite get the rub of the green, that's all. Tyson was poor I'll agree, but you've totally got it wrong there mate.

mediocre game in its entirety, needed a great goal to break the deadlock and it was very well worked by them. Aside from that we had the majority of posession but lacked the creativity. Tyson was poor, the rest were much of a muchness.

We lacked penetration going forward but with McKenna and Moussi starting that was kind of inevitable.

Bertrand looked good at least.

Camp didn't have much to do besides make a couple of good saves, which he did. The goal was from point blank range, the cross was the one bit of quality that made the difference in the game.

They scored their chance. We blazed ours into row Z.

Not much else to it really. Pretty drab game.

typical season opener tbh plenty to be positive about especially if we get our targets before the window, our build up play was just as good as last season just lacked the final ball or on target finish couple more games and players will become sharp and we will get the momentum going. cant see anything but a comfortable win against leeds if im honest. only saw first half and listened to 2nd half btw

Clarke and Bikey were immense for them. Loved Earnshaw's tenacity and hunger for the ball despite him having to play midfield at times. Bertrand looked like he's been with us for years!!!! (Quality)! Thought we had some great possession just needed more spark in unlocking the final third.

Camp looked nervous.Chambo looked good when he came on, Bertrand looked good,TYSON WAS ****ING ****!!!

We seemed always rely on additional efforts to just enable to control the ball, let alone play some smooth, quality football today. ><

Bright side, Bertrand seemed a good addition... and we have a whole season to achieve glory - don't want to peak too soon

Think the only criticism I'd level at Camp would be his kicking was predictable, I guess that was a tactic from high though.

Very impressed with Bertrand, just a mere slip and a spoon-out-of-play marred an otherwise excellent performance. Very impressed.

Tys was poor, bless him. But it's only one game. There were plenty of signs of promise before getting to the final third. If we'd managed to shut out Burnley we'd have been pleased with that performance, so I'm not too worried just yet.
