You're probably right with Pearce being the last.

Michael Dawson was called up to train with the senior squad whilst he was with us.

The only other I could possibly think of is Steve Stone.

I think Jenas got into the senior squad the year after he left us. It must be Pearce.

Steve Stone wore number 20 in Euro 96 and Dawson was called up to train with the first team

The last player to play for England whilst at Forest was Stuart Pearce in Euro 96

The only think Grolt may have got called up for is national service, even if there wasnt a war, just to get rid to another unsuspecting country.

Did Stan ( I am utterly Brilliant, but far too good for you tossers at Forest, I'm off to Liverpool, with my mates Macca and Fowler ) Collymore ever win an England cap whilst at Forest ?.

He should have led the national forward line for years, he was that good.

:) - Collymore was fantastic, but he had to break the best double act in recent english history in shearer and sheringham, collymore was good but not sas good.

at liverpool, fowler and collymore, should have set the world alight.

I would have loved to see a Sheringham and Collymore partnership, I feel it would have been lethal, Collymore had everything, pace, power, control and a lethal finish. Sheringham pulling the strings and Stan filling in the spaces.

I have seen numerous forwards over the years at Forest, starting with a boyhood love affair with Joe Baker, numerous front men from all the top sides, including European. I still think Stan was without a doubt the most outstanding prospect I have ever seen.

I still cannot find it in me to forgive him for the way he left Forest. I still feel jilted. ;D

Collymore should have been the best striker England have ever had.

He was that good. His potential was massively better than that of Shearer and Sheringham put together. Just a shame his mind wasn't in the right place.

the problem was that stan was both, he was sheringham, he was shearer, he did both roles, impossible to accomodate at england level

Would be perfect alongside Wayne Rooney, though.
