Last I heard on BBC text transfer page the Football League announced no plans to delay the deadline

Premier League have extended, as such, but the Football League said no club has asked about an extension so there's no need yet.

oh so they have to have proof the deal was gonna go ahead before today and not just pop up with it 2morrow so just sounds like it too tie up deals.

so not really that much of a big deal.
