I could see MGW getting a call up if he has a quick start to the season.

I'd love you to be a success but it's quite clear that even your bosses don't really believe in you otherwise you'd have got the job full stop.
As it is you're just keeping the seat warm until they can find someone they actually want.

Fair play to Carsley. He'll know that these next few international breaks are his job interview and it would be quite tempting to go with the tried and tested to just win them and hopefully get the gig.

Well you'd HOPE that the numpties in the FA have cottoned on to the fact that with some of the most exciting players we've had in years, the public are rightly calling for them to be let loose and that's what Carsley has the opportunity to do.
