Elliot Junior Anderson OF ENGLAND!

Get Woany to do some 1 to 1 shooting practice with Anderson. Elliot is a world class player but if he could score goals…. What a player
Against Chelsea he seemed to pass up shooting chances on his left foot. He needs the confidence to shoot with either foot, he clearly has the potential to hit screamers into top corners.

I don't get how he can play a ball like he did in the first half out to the wing, instinctive, he had a second to make it and he passed it about 50 yards, at pace through the eye of a needle on to the on running players foot. Yet on the edge of the area he can't direct a shot towards the massive goal from 20 yards, just enough to bring about a save. Same with MGW as well...

This is absolutely the worst it should be for us. Tuchel clearly loves him and so he’s going to the WC… assuming he plays a bit and England actually do well (I know it’s always false dawn with the National side but I really think we have a great chance as long as Tuchel steers clear of the incredibly arrogant and lazy Bellingham), then we start at £100m and no way he’s going back to the Toon.
He seems like a sensible lad and therefore, if he’s also getting great advice, then the last thing he wants is to be back with all his boyhood mates at the peak of his career. Time for that when he’s 30 with £50 million in the bank. My money is he’ll end up at either Citeh or Madrid. Either way we should have a very very large wedge in our pocket for helping a guy who is destined to be a generational talent. If he can learn to score goals, it’s an English record to sign him.
It's easy for this to be taken as hyperbole but I think he could easily go to Madrid. He's got to be one of the most sought after young midfielders in the world at the moment.

We’ll get £70m tops. Which is still a good profit.
Especially since the "£35M" was really £15-20M after you take the inflated Vlad fee into account

He's not going anywhere for at least 2 months, and I doubt he'll go anywhere in the 6 months after that.

I'm just gonna enjoy his play and his time here until, you know, someone actually puts a bid in. Worksop town have a big interest in him too, big admirers of him, but I'm not gonna fret about their interest in him either until they stump up 100m.

I would be surprised to see him go before the World Cup. If he keeps getting picked for the squad by Thomas and he keeps playing well with us, there is no point in moving before the WC because, if he makes a mark in the US, then the world is his oyster. Not just the Prem.

I’d be happy either way to be honest, Man U fans seem convinced they’ll sign him in January, if thats the case I can’t see Forest entertaining anything less than £100 million if we don’t need to sell. If he stays then perfect too

There are not many big transfers in January anymore due to PSR, would be a big gamble for him to move in Jan with a World Cup next summer and risking not getting regular game time in the second half of the season.

Our problem is we will likely have to sell before the end of this PSR year - sackings of two managerial teams and brow expected prize money will have an impact (luckily Nuno got another job pretty quickly, hopefully Celtic take Ange)

Manure just ignore PSR, it doesn't mean anything to them.

They may have to help fund the move by laying off a couple of cleaners though.

He'll play every minute he is fit with us, why risk sitting on a bench and losing his England starting spot?

He is one of the best midfielders in the world at the moment

My worry is too much is going through him which is making us quite predictable, but it is hard not to go through him based on how he is dominating on the pitch.

I never thought I would perceive it as a problem that a player is so good, but it may start becoming one if everything we do involves him. There is a big difference between this season & last on how much of the ball Anderson is getting, and I don't think there is a big difference in his performance levels, he is just on the ball more.

Atleast we bought in a lot of young signings, not sure who could pick up Andersons position when he inevitably goes but im sure mcatee will get more game time. Hopefully he steps up and shows his promise.
