Nottingham's dirty secret
Such a great player yet so shit at set pieces. Should be so obvious.Still on set pieces, mind boggling![]()
And the national team's staff haven't identified that?
That's why we don't win major tournaments.

Well Iâm a massive Ando fan but heâs no Declan Rice. And who noticed that Declan Rice was missing...?
Hey you go on social media and it is full of United fans saying âMainoo should play insteadâ and loads of others saying âWharton should play instead as Anderson does nothingâ. You honestly couldnât make it up.Yes, his free kicks are still kicks are still crap but he was outstanding again. Seems to be Englandâs best player most games.
It actually amazes me that MLS is in the squad ahead of people like Wharton and indeed MGW. Likewise O'Reilly is not our best left back, Lewis Hall is much better.Hey you go on social media and it is full of United fans saying âMainoo should play insteadâ and loads of others saying âWharton should play instead as Anderson does nothingâ. Anderson is still a relative rookie but they put a genuine kid next to him who hasnât even properly nailed his place in his own club team in that position against the world champions who have an immense midfield and he still played well. Can you imagine either a wharton or a Mainoo partnership with Lewis Skelly?
He will be the best midfielder in the Beezer Homes League, next season.Sorry Elliot, itâs Cheeseâs midfield now. Enjoy League 2.
The big question is will Tommy T still pick him?He will be the best midfielder in the Beezer Homes League, next season.
It also potentially opens-up the club to legal action from players who have signed such contracts though, does it not?No sympathy for him, to be honest. He signed for them knowing full well that these charges were hanging over them.
I doubt the players will suffer from the consequences much, mind you.
Hopefully! It also potentially opens-up the club to legal action from players who have signed such contracts though, does it not?
I thought it was a strange decision by Anderson to sign for City given the fairly high probability that these chargesNo sympathy for him, to be honest. He signed for them knowing full well that these charges were hanging over them.

Signing bonus of maybe 10% of the fee? Salary in excess of 100k a week?I thought it was a strange decision by Anderson to sign for City given the fairly high probability that these charges
would bite them on the a*se.
I reckon he could have got a similar deal at another cartel club who werenât at imminent risk of serious sanctions.Signing bonus of maybe 10% of the fee? Salary in excess of 100k a week?
I reckon he won't be out busking in the Old Market Square any time soon, put it that way.
Maybe he was promised a healthy salary and signing bonus, and then another contract on a lucrative consulting gig in Abu Dhabi, "tax free"? Who knows!I reckon he could have got a similar deal at another cartel club who werenât at imminent risk of serious sanctions.
A silly move in my view.
Maybe he has a relegation release clause below market value.I thought it was a strange decision by Anderson to sign for City given the fairly high probability that these charges
would bite them on the a*se.
Considering City's deluded response since this broke, still denying everything, I wouldn't be surprised if he was reassured the charges were nonsense and the club would definitely be fine. And if that's the case, I wonder if he could claim signing the contract under false pretenses? I'm sure his contract is probably locked in but I'm sure all their players are talking to their agents right now.I thought it was a strange decision by Anderson to sign for City given the fairly high probability that these charges
