saunders:]
Viv Anderson
The bloke at my newsagents said today that earnie will be out for as long as six weeks. He is the kind of guy who likes to pretend he knows more than he does, so i was just wondering if anyone could shed light on this?
This Newsagents wasn't in Bridgford was it? It's probably Nigel's brother trying to put the wind up usBaronvon said:Well, he's been selected for Wales so I can't imagine that's the case, unless this chap in the newsagents knows something nobody else does.
longer possibley - due to the extent of itclusternakker said:Not heard anything about time. Did hear it was a hamstring, which are 2-3 weeks max.
Winnits I said:The silence is a bit deafening, but six weeks would seem excessive given his international call up.
Definitely wouldn't risk him in the cup game.
Dadford said:I read somewhere of his "international heartache" or something like that. Making it out he has withdrawn from the international beacuse of injury.

Famous said:He did say that but then he was included in the squad anyway. This would lead me to assume that 6 weeks is wide of the mark.
*Dave said:He could be out for 6 weeks it is true, but he could be out for as little as 1 week, depends on how bad the injury is.
Remember when they said Bennett was going to be out for 8 weeks and he was playing for us the following Saturday.
Sgt. Dig Out Your Soul of Nottingham said:What I don't understand is the term 'doubt'.
Will he have a late fitness test if so?
Oh I see, thanks for that.Jonathan said:Probably means he hasn't trained since the Wednesday game and his first session will either be today or tomorrow with a fitness test before the match.
Brolin said:No mention of Iron Nate or Cohen there, can we assume that they're available? And Big Wes?
