Anyone know anymore than what is on the OS? Is it serious? Could he be out for a couple of months?

From the o/s:
Striker Robert Earnshaw is Forest's only doubt after he limped out of Saturday's game with a slight hamstring injury.

Forest's medical staff are assessing the problem and although it's not thought to be too serious, it may keep the Welsh international out of the trip to Deepdale.
 
He went off nice and early into the damage, he didn't seem to injured... i think he'll be ok, and went off to make sure he didnt agitate it and cause proper damage in the game
 
He didnt look like he was in a silly amount of pain probably just twinged it and though best go off and not make it worse
 
Billy said in that Notts Journal interview that they're concerned that it's a recurring hammy injury and so want to get to the bottom of it. I reckon he'll be out for a week or so at least.
 
like others have said i dont think its to serious as it says on the OS,
"it may keep the Welsh international out of the trip to Deepdale"

Hopefully back for the weekend.

I have had a scan,and everything is fine with the injury and it settles down in next couple if days.and will be back on pitch in couple days

Great news and a boost for Earnshaw fans,injury is not bad at all and will be ok after couple days hopefully.

Earnie by himself is not really a goal threat, he needs other players to create the chances for him. Tyson on the other hand constantly gets onto balls and creates chances, wins free kicks/pens/corners/throws in opposition terrority

Personally I wouldn't mind seeing a Tyson/Earnie combo given a go - Tyson and Ormerod had a similar partnership and looked great for a few games. Tyson could create a lot of chances for Earnie.

Earnie is one of those strikers that are lightning in the six yard box, and are few and far between at our current level.
A real asset to the team IMO.
