I wouldn't be surprised to see Earnie make an appearance before that tbh !

I was expecting Earnie to miss the rest of the season.
Turner, well we do have Smith

Who said Earnshaw's out for the season?

Paul Smith said Turner is out for three to four weeks, but I've heard nothing about Earnie.

Turner has just gone missing. Reports of him being bundled into the back of a landrover by a man wearing suspiciously large gloves are unfounded ! ;D

Everyone is just guessing!! Nothing been said about Earnie and they won't know the extent of any damage until tomorrow. He may well have just twisted it slightly! Even a broken toe can be injected should we need Turner although Smith will do just fine thanks!

Earnie has tweaked his medial ligaments; now, that could be anything from a few days up to three to four weeks.

No doubt we'll find out in the next few days the extent of the injury. We still have Nathan to come back of course, and Joe Garner looks to be coming in to a bit of form as well, so with two from Nathan, Joe and Dexter, we might be OK.

Wilson is another matter; I can't help thinking he could have let the whole team down and with Billy after another centre-back in the last window, Kelvin might find his opportunities limited next season (if of course, he is still with us!)

If Wilson had a brain he still wouldn't be dangerous! Get rid in the summer! Bring in Jones and A N Other - assuming we manage to stay up!

i really cant belive what wilson did.. what was he thinking...

Wilson's offence was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The ref had no alternative but to deal a straight red.

I wonder what form his punishment will take. :bristolfan:

Kelvin Wilson will not play for Forest again.

Mr Davies will give him an absolute rocket up the arse when they get a moment alone.

He should be extremely ashamed of himself and the other lads should let him know how much of an idiot he has been.

On radio Nottingham they reported that Earine said he's taking as it comes and hoped to be fit for the next match.  As said elsewhere he's not definitely out, lets hope we get him back.

Whatever we're doing in training they need to find out why we're having so many serious injuries!

Its akin to Powell and our last attempt to stay up, that twat managed to get booked twice in 20 minutes, Kelvin went one better with a straight red in 16. He should know that if you stick your face into an opponents 9 time out of 10 they will go down as if shot. What a stupid ****.

We'll miss Earnshaw but couldn't really care less about Turner. Smith had an excellent game today.

What a chance for Smith to prove his detractors wrong!

Smith, without having to make any top saves, had one of his best games ever for Forest today. He was immense and cleared everything from his box and caught it when he needed to. More of the same please.

If it's all true, Billy needs a miracle, honestly.

I fear we will be heavily relying on Blackstock, which must honestly be the reason Billy brought him off after half time against the blades. Good tactic, Billy!

We have a lot to do and the team are going to be the hardest working in the division for the rest of the season.

YOU REDS!

I know Smith had an excellent game yesterday but he had an excellent first game against Manchester City once Camp went back to QPR and Smith went back in to his own shell doing silly mistakes. I hope i am proved wrong and he can keep it up in final 3 games.

its beacuase theyre on the peak of there fitness and theyre physique is so good there is such a thin line that they can cross over to which they will get injured or not... i mean look at michael owns knee injury, if that happened to me im sure it wouldnt take me as long as it took him to recover simply because theyre physiqe is at such a high level...

well thats atleast what our physio used to tell us anyway, lol

Hmmm, good news in the case of Turner, terrible news about Earnie. Garner will now have to step up to the plate - he's certainly good enough. For what it's worth, even without Earnie I still think we're more than good enough to claw our way out of this.

Saying that, Billy does have a reputation for lying about injuries - saying they're going to be out for much longer than they actually are. So on this basis, we shall see Earnie on Saturday. ;D ;D

Colin Fray was saying yesterday that they spoke to Earnie and he was "taking it one day at a time". I think we could see him back for Southampton game.

Any news on Tyson returning?

Earnshaw was meant to be out for 'well over a month' in February, but turned up in the first XI against Derby at home three weeks ahead of schedule and scored.

He'll be back for Blackpool I reckon.
