What, he's planning apartment complexes in Nottingham too? Jeez, how many different pies does the guy have his fingers in? :ROFLMAO:
 
He was at the friendly today btw, there's a video up on the socials where he's having a greet and a chat with a few of the guys, and seems very cordial with the long-time ones as expected.

I read something not long back about a development application being submitted for the old co-op buildings opposite the cattle market. Can imagine wanting to add more apartments I need that area, whether Marinakis has any involvement would be the only guessing part.

With the combination of EM and Olly we have no lack of ambition these days. I just hope that the passion doesn't overcome the desire.

If it all works out well, we have something to look forward to.

Given the wealth and standing of EM in Greece, I reckon the agents are there at his parties because they gather round the honey pot rather than EMs networking.
