Thoughts and prayers from all of us are with EM and family. Losing your Mum is an awful time in your life. RIP.

He is ultimately responsible for this situation, for good and bad. The hiring of Edu and firing of Nuno. The hiring and firing of Ange and now Dyche is the next guy. I don't understand how we spend so much on players without any clear direction in what type of coach/style we are going for, and the policy of only hiring unemployed managers. Also, him hiring Ange then apparently Edu hiring Dyche, seems like a sword to fall on for Edu.

EM made it crystal clear in the club statement when we hired Dyche that he aint taking the blame if and when it all goes tits up

Let's just hound the bloke nonetheless.
Don't get me wrong Otis, the big man has done far more good than bad for Forest and I don't want to hound him but I do think some of his decisions made over these last six months or so have been questionable

But we're none of us perfect, hopefully we can rectify some of the issues with the squad in January and pull away from the bottom three

My comment wasn't aimed at you mate. I think you made a fair point.

Don't think you're getting away without being blamed, EM. Should have replaced Nuno with a proper manager.
All stems back to this. With only 3 games into the season we could have still gotten a decent manager back then.

Instead we pissed around with Ange and by the time he was sacked we were left with a "pick the best of a bad bunch" situation.

Nuno isn't blameless in this of course, but if we had replaced him properly we likely wouldn't be in this mess right now. Appointing Postecoglou was an absolutely disastrous decision.

That's where I am.

Appreciate all EM does and continues to do for the club, but he dropped a massive bollock with the Ange appointment.

Hopefully we survive and this situation gets rectified in the summer.

Things are in a bit of a mess all around. EM is ultimately in charge and has to show that he is working at it. As said in the Edu thread, someone has to put their head above the parapet and show they are doing something positive, even if it's a show of commitment to the manager.

We might not believe it but at least it's a sign of life.

There will never be smooth sailing with EM in charge, the 'ambition' will most likey rock the boat when we are on a good thing because he wants the next step tomorrow. Not sure what the solution is, maybe get a unarguably good top name manager and let him be for 3 to 4 years. Someone he can trust to get it right in the end.

Anyone else getting annoyed by fans of other clubs about the things they say about Marinakis. Like how Apparantly he’s paid the ref off or he has the refs family at gunpoint.
It’s disgusting. Marinakis sees this and the amount of crap he gets for wanting the best off his football club is unbelievable.
One day he will crack and will sue the lot off them.

It's probably water off a duck's back to EM, otherwise he'd have enough material to sue the arses off of the platforms most of that bile is aired on.

This is polite child's play compared to an average sports paper front page in Greece.
