Doughty Sells 10% of club

Just been reading through the Nigel Doughty wikipedia profile, and it seems that sometime this month, don't know when, he sold 10% of his share in the club. Why has this not reached the press yet? Its all in writing on wikipedia, and wikipedia is NEVER wrong i say.

If Doughty has sold 10% of the club, it will be registered at Companies House and is available for anyone to check for less than a £10.

On a serious note would Doughty selling 10% of the club really be a bad thing? He would still control the club having the majority of share capital and it would mean a fresh injection of capital into Forest.

I don't imagine he'd sell 10% of the club then invest the cash, so I don't think it would benefit us, no.

Nope, it would mean a fresh injection of capital into Nigel Doughty. When you sell shares, it's you that gets paid for them, not the company that the shares are in.

Not that it matters here anyway.
