tbf we didn't do too badly in 05-6.

We ended up 7th, 2 points off the top 6, simply because of having ginger gary until mid-feb that season, that same squad won 6 and drew 2 under the caretakers after he'd left.

I see Wayne Rooney and his DC United have NO wins in five games. Conceded 11 goals. Were thrashed 6-0 at home against Philadelphia Union yesterday.

This is even better when you consider Fleetwood are the highest place team which they've taken points off in 14th. The rest they've nabbed point from are lower down the table, and unlikely to trouble the top 6.

Between that and the old signings they bought that will likely break or grind to a halt later in the season, this is their good spell

I would love DCFC up there and competing in League 1, challenging for the top. Maybe in 2nd place going into last day of the season and drawing to end up in 3rd place on goal difference. Then a smashing win over two legs in semi-finals, going into the play-off final, high on confidence, where they play Plymouth Argyle, and dominate possession and chances, but end up losing 1 - 0 to a totally offside goal, (sadly VAR is not in place)

Nah, a last day relegation to league 2 would be better - 3 points ahead of 4th bottom who they play on the last day with +5 GD and they lose 6-0: sweet
