£11m on a player, and for that price he will come with a hefty wage, which i very much doubt Forest will pay, especially in the Championship, theres no way we would pay out something along the lines of £40k a week. For started talk of paying out a large wage on a player and the dressing room will have something to say i think, would cause a bit of unrest, similar to when Ince was at Swindon (I think) he was taking up 60% of the total wage bill for the whole club players.

This has to be my favourite rumour of recent times. This is a player who has played fairly regularly for Arsenal recently and has also played for the French national team. This would also roughly treble our record transfer fee paid for a player.
