Dex: Injury Update.

Benchwarmer

Viv Anderson
Over-stretch of medial ligament. Out for around 2 weeks.

The 1-0 victory keeps Forest on the fringes of the play-off places, but their night was marred by a worrying injury picked up by in-form frontman Dexter Blackstock.

Davies added: "Dexter Blackstock has medial knee ligament damage, but I don't think he will be out for too long as it's not a tear, it's just an over-stretch.

"Certainly I would think it will be a couple of weeks for him though."

Sounds similar to the one suffered by Theo Walcott.

Damn it.

2 key players missing for Saturday then in Dexter and Moussi :(

Because it wasn't a straight red, does Moussi's ban not come into effect until next Tuesday?

Time for Dele, Garner and McGoldrick to step up and claim a place! Ahhh, strength in depth, nice one Billy ;D

Bugger.

Back for Bristol at home then. Let's hope he can made a dramatic return with the same impact as last year in our 3-2 win.... ;D

Dele and McGoldrick it is then. An away game partnership if ever I saw one......

Think that rule was changed in the summer and you now miss the next game.

Id have thought Tyson may be missing for Saturday also.

Quite an exaggerated limp off, and apparently was iceing his ankle during H-T.

That's a point, isn't the infamous 'Forest v Derby' hearing tomorrow.........???

Tyson will probably be suspended for the weekend anyway then. If he's carrying a knock then that's good timing :-*

How does making his ankle look like a cake help his injury?
