Derby Tickets

Hi guys, Merry Xmas!

Are there still tickets for the home game against Derby available? I've never been to a match but want to take my Dad who is a lifelong supporter as a surprise for Xmas. I've heard they may be sold out though?

Can anybody shed some light?

Thanks in advance

You Reds!

Oh bugger. Is there no way we can get some now then? I don't suppose many people will be giving up any tickets they have either for this massive game. Shame its not on sky either

I'm not sure. Try contacting the ticket office to see if there have been any late cancellations. You never know!

sorry to gate crash the thread but what do people think the chances are of the game being on with cancellations being a regular occurance or is this game likely to go ahead cheers

Looking at the weather forecast for the next few days, this game should be fine.

Unless there's a sudden deluge of snow (or Health-and-Safety men in yellow coats) it should go ahead!

Sorted then. I assume you use it? It's the surrounding area's that can get the game called off isn't it.

People tripping over and sliding into the Trent is the main concern

Forecast doesn't look any worse than for the Palace match and that went ahead..

I walked down the Trent past the City Ground today, no ice at all on the concreted walkways/paths (just unthawed snow/ice on the grass), no reason for game to be called off given thats its supposed to get warmer before Wednesday

Any more news guys? Really want to get to this game :(

As has been posted to your original request, the Derby game is a sell-out.

With respect, and without being too heartless, if going to the this game was so important then maybe giving it a little more thought before 24th December might had been a good idea.

The touting of tickets is not permitted on the forum so maybe contacting the ticket office directly, checking ebay and the local press would be a good idea although I wouldn't be too hopeful.

As has been suggested, buy a ticket for the Barnsley game instead. I'm sure it'd be appreciated by any Forest fan.

But di, barnsley tickets won't help him, he's a derby fan as you very well know.

That was my thoughts too, surely anyone with a slight knowledge would have known when this fixture is. Plus wasn't there a few Derby fans last season trying a similar ploy?
