Sky don't have the rights to the FA Cup anymore.

If they play the first half on Tuesday, and the second half on Wednesday, all the supporters can get to see it.

Surely it'd make no difference if the game was a day earlier.

They'd just swap the police on duty over between the two days...

Wouldn't they?

Granted, I know feck all about policing, but hey!

County have moved their Tuesday night game with Gillingham to allow us to have the full allocation of tickets in the Jimmy Sirrel stand, however many that may be.

But will it still be on TV?

Are Setanta allowed to show a match on the Wednesday, or will they have to pick another one?

What pisses me off is that they put it up for the tuesday only to 5 mins later change it back. Surely they asked the police before announcing it?

Fudging useless the lot of them. Could have cost me a lot of money and landed me in a spot of bother with work. I have a girlfriend for that!

It's not Forest's fault its the old bill who can't resource for the Tuesday night even with County swapping.

So I guess this means its not on TV anymore either!

Very poor of the police if it stays like this and forest lose out on tv money.

I'm sure County were getting some money to play on another day as well, tv coverage will boost the citys image helping to keep nottingham on the map so to speak. What difference does 1 day make?

It's Forest's fault they anounced it on their web site before discussing it with police to confirm it would be OK.

****wits.

Indeed, if we lose out on the TV money because of this, then the council need to be held culpable as they could have stepped in and forced the issue.

We, as Forest fans, have all paid our taxes. Lets demand that tax money is used to police the game on the Tuesday night.
