There ae rumours over our neck of the woods that Billy davies is on a shortlist to become our new manager.

It is well known he doesnt see eye to eye with the board, do you think the Forest board will allow us permission to talk to him Normally id say we wouldnt stand a chance with the club leagues positions as they are right now as forest are a much better propasition, But BD has an ego big enough to cover the moon, and he has always stated he has unfinished business with us, he isnt a popular choice between all the north end fans but we all know he has the qualities to keep us up, What are your thoughts please?
 
Not a hope in hell... his 'fall outs' with the board are all for show...

If you think Billy's spats with the board are for show then you dont know BD.

Why do you think he fell out with our then Chairman derek shaw????? Lack of funds when he was told ther ewould be, Kind of sounds familiar, Not to long after that Billy was out of here.
If you think BD shoots his mouth for effect and does not mean it then you guys are in for a huge shock.

Because he is an egotistical little jock thats why, He has always stated he has unfisnished business here. He always has and does declare his love for PNE and what he achieved here and that we out of all the clubs he was at was best equiped behind the scenes for the prem. Now I know all you lot wont beleive in that but they are words from the little mans mouth.

Why on earth would Billy want a step backwards in his career?
 
Are you serious? Think about it. Why would Davies leave a club with a good squad which is in with a shout of promotion for a club on the bottom??

EGO.

He would see it as a much bigger acheivement to keep PNE up and then get us Promoted in a year or 2 than take Forest up now, Unless the board make funds avail for Billy in January he will spit his dummy out, he has form for it.

Stranger things have happened.

The shortlist that has been named has 6 names on it....... Billy is one of them, the other names are quite acheivable. Billy might not be willing to come but as I said you never know.

The person this shortlist come from doesnt post lies and is generally correct with his info.

Lets put it this way. If North end ask for permission to speak with Billy and you guys give it, He will Leave, make no mistake about that, We have suffured this ourselves with him when he went to Derby.
