In short (and stating the bloody obvious) but we look right on for the play offs (on season form to date) In order to go up automatically we need to win our home games and get draws away (which would give you 2 points per game) - easier said than done but maybe this is why we should be setting up more defensively away from home and ensuring we don't loose first and foremost. 81 points is the projected total as we stand and this probably wouldn't be enough. I for one would have gladly taken 10th spot at the start of the season. As fans we need to be realistic and I would love to be able to hang on to a play off spot even if it was 6th spot.

Interesting - but I'd like to think we're capable of a VERY strong finish and I wouldn't be surprised if we were to win five or six games in a row at the end of the season. I may be imagining things but I'm sure that's pretty much how Forest usually operate.

As long as we're within touching distance right up to the end (although I'd rather things were decided one way or the other before the last day of the season as I'm getting married at 1pm on the 2nd of May) then I'll be delighted and grateful for a smashing season that exceeded all expectations. And even if we don't end up in the top two then we've got at least a one-in-four chance of going up via the play-offs (and a fifty-fifty chance of a massive day out at Wembley). THESE ARE GREAT TIMES.
