It's probably before your time Notch, but it was formerly Reingolds Restaurant from 40-odd years-ago, and is located behind the Ibis hotel on Fletcher Gate in town. It's a decent bar and has an inside wall dedicated to AC Milan, particularly British players who turned out for them over the years - Jimmy Greaves, Joe Jordan, Mark Hateley, Luther Blissett.
