What an impact he made wednesday when he came on, love the was he makes space when with the ball. scunthorpe's tierd legs just cudnt keep up with his clever feet and flicks! made space for others aswell as opening up scunnies midfield and defence!
would be nice to see him start against peterbough, although i find when he starts he can be lazy at times!
i think dex is making the place upfront his own at the moment with his grafting displays, such a hard worker for the full 90mins, was unlucky not to get two on wed with his deflected header!

If he starts, it won't be against tired legs.

Agree totally about Blackstock, but McGoldrick was playing in his preferred role on Wednesday I believe?

Brighton's goal on Saturday was from Davies' corner...

Very good impact sub I would say. Not that he'd be happy with that. Good we have so much choice really.

Mcgoldrick offers us something diffrent and its nice to have that option and Billy will know when to use it.

is back then

was in training today

it was the first thread on the list when I typed 'mcgoldrick ltlf' in on google. :D

He didn't cover himself in glory during his loan spell at Wednesday.
1 goal in Div 1 with a table topping team doesn't seem a great haul - was he injured though?

Nope, he's just a bit rubbish.

He did look quite good whjen he played right side midfield for Saints when I saw them - but he needs to up his work rate and pace a bit...

He should be Left Back.

Left back in the changing room.

I am not sure DM provides competition for Ishmael - not sure who DM competes with...

Lewis. Who himself is keeping Raddy out of the team. Who seems to vying with Reidy for an attacking mid slot. Then McGoldrick...in that order.

He's just a good League 1 player. Not for the Championship team fighting for promotion. Oh wait...

McGoldrick is the perfect example of a modern day footballer who's earnt more than enough money at a young age, and who's essentially already retired and plodding along until their contracts run out, whilst enjoying the 'local celeb footballer' lifestyle in the meantime.

He's obviously no drive, desire or passion for the game as it's all he's ever known, and prob only agreed to go on loan to Sheff wed so that he could nail a few de-dah's and Nicky Weaver's missus.
