He started at Forest on 2nd November 1972 and left to join Derby on 23rd October 1973.

Prior to B D, Mackay was the last Derby player to manage Forest.

Prior to N C, who was the last Forest player to manage Derby?

I know the answer, I saw him play many times for us.
