Norm is a legend, but, as Al said, his best years certainly weren't with us. That said, his most successful years were.
Maybe that shows how a goalkeeper not performing to Shiltons standards can still be successful IF HIS DEFENDERS ARE STUART PEARCE AND NOT KELVIN WILSON.
That said, I still nearly creamed myself when I was speaking to Big Norm, he was Forest goalkeeper when I was learning the trade, which makes him an idol in my mind. I think Flagman will testify to that!

Easy tiger, who's moaning? If you post a thread, people will comment on it - that is rather the nature of the place. If it's about a player, particularly one we all have experience of watching, there will almost certainly be comment about their merits (or lack thereof).
