If Nuno wants one useless player in McAtee maybe we can throw N’Doye in as well, buy one shit player get one free.

What a riduculous comment!
N'Doye - both are quality players and will prove it over the next season or two - hopefully whilst still at Forest, if they are not hounded out of the club by ignorant comments like this one.
N'Doye will play for Swiss in the last 16 of the WC - and probably be their best player.

Surely it’s going to be a hard-sell convincing them to drop down to the Championship though?

Wet Sham are going to be everyone’s Cup Final down there next season aren’t they?

Not sure it's a hard sell for McAtee.

They'll likely win the league, he'll probably get lots of game time, live in London and back in the PL in 12 months as a potential first team regular.

Harder sell for Ndoye.

I reckon ndoye will fit into a glasner team and bakwa can develop off the bench. I wouldn't right either of them off.

Not if he plays a back 3. That effectively makes all the wingers redundant.

Wingers can play wingback you know, (or as a "wide like attacker" in a 3-4-3) though wud want one of the wingback to be more defensive, and I wouldn't trust Ndoye or Bakwa - to run back and defend.

That's my point, I wouldn't want any of our wingers playing as wingbacks, therefore they would become surplus to requirements in a back 3 with us.

Sels could play up front if he was picked there but it doesn't mean it would work.

The only chance our 4 wingers have is in those inside forward positions Glasner found for Sarr and even then I'm not sure how suitable they'd be for it.

Personally think the issue is he isn’t really a winger and is more a wide forward. The flashes of anything here have all been him getting in behind.

Edit: id be more worried for Hutchinson who is tricky but doesn’t look like a finisher. Ndoye at least has decent credentials in that space (excluding Forest…as is tradition 😅)

Yeah, played okay, was just that shot that went out for a throw in
Tbh I don't think that shot counts as a negative.

The angle made that the best choice - if he'd put it closer to the goal then either it hits the defender, or is straight into the side netting. So might as well send it across the face of the goal.

If a player who was popular did the exact same thing, we'd be bemoaning that nobody made the run to get on the end of it.
