Coventry City at home- Kids For A Quid?

Just noticed that Under 16 tickets for this match are just £1.

Is "Kids For A Quid" usually under 16, or under 18?

I guess this is a Kids For A Quid match, and that it hasn't been advertised yet (or I missed it)

Tickets are going fast, I'm struggling to get two decent seats together.

I think this is our most 'winnable' game though. Coventry truly have nothing to play for.

I know the kids can be annoying, but if we get a good win in front of hundreds of kids, that could be a lot of new fans!

Thanks for the heads up mate - I was just dawdling along waiting to buy a ticket. Didn't realise we'd be so packed out.

Went for the Main Stand, block D, seeing as how I couldn't get a decent seat in the Trent End Upper.

I can't stand KFAQ!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with you on this one. I hate these type of games.

We always play shit and the kids are annoying as hell.

I shall look forward to having the back of my chair kicked for 90 mins then

KFAQ can be a bit of a gip, and always seems to get this reaction, but just remember that we were all young once and weren't exactly angels at the game. It also makes it affordable for people with young families.

Today's child kicking the back of your seat is tomorrow's disgruntled man at work worried sick about relegation posting on a forum.

Sound mate. I'm going with me Dad, I'm struggling to find tickets in a decent area.
There's a few pairs left in various blocks of the Main Stand, but I'm not sure which ones are restricted views. Any clues on where the two pillars are, I can't think which areas would be affected or not...

Is Row I in front of the pillars?

When I was younger the only games I really got to come to were the kids for a quid ones. My dad couldn't afford to take me and my brothers every week so this was a real bonus for our family that they do it. Then when I was a little older and came with friends again the only ones I could afford to come to were the kids for a quid as paper rounds don't say too well.

I think these games are a great idea as such and I'm couldn't say I'd definately have a season ticket still if I hadn't been able to take...

... Advantage of these type of games, and the cheap reserve ones for that matter.

These games help to build future fans and people shouldn't forget that. Yes you get the odd annoying group 14 year old brap boys but it's worth it to give more fans/families to come when they might not otherwise have the chance.

Neither can i.

They should do family tickets instead of KFAQ buy an adult ticket get a under 18 for £1 least that way it'd stop the chavs and chavettes coming just to show off.

If we didn't do this how many people would be on here complaining the board do nothing for our fans? How many of those complaining about it would be willing to say the difference back for whenever they've had a cheap ticket? I'd venture not many.

i agree , i'm bringing my 10 year old son who is shy and quiet whilst i shall be shouting and singing my head off urging us on to win but i sincerely hope my son being there doesn't bother anyone.

Personally, I would rather have a KFAQ match with a crowd of 25,000 for a massive game like this than normal prices and only 18,500 there! Hopefully it will lift the side.

True but i think on the whole the clubs tickets are over priced and they should do more reasnoble offers to get families along to introduce their kids young so they get to experiance football matches but also so that if in the future they wish to go regular they know to respect the thousands of other people their, which is something the again the marjority taking the offer do, but the chavs cleary dont.
