Hi Guys

I ordered a new shirt via the phone last monday and it has been posted out to me but I still do not have it - have to say it is a little poor that they cannot get shirts to fans for the new season - anyone else have this problem?

I don't think you're the only one to have issues with the Club Shop...... Monster had a similar experience.

Clearly there were issues in general with our kit this season that will hopefully not be repeated.

That's presumably how we ended up with two kits from the oddments bin from Umbro HQ rather than something actually designed for us with what we might actually want in mind.

Hopefully they are both for just a year so we can have something less hideous both home and away next season!

I had to ring up and find out where my order got to the other day (I'd placed it well over a month ago!) before being told they were out of stock and will be for some months and the original was apparently lost in the post! :

That wasn't an official top though it was, a retro one, for my dad. I'm sure it'll turn up in a day or two, if not give them a ring. I've not really ever ordered much from the shop - but whenever I've purchased tickets, they've arrived quite quickly ...

Just ordered my shirt online now.

That store is so badly designed, they need to sort that out.

I couldn't find the 'no logo' option which they seem to say they have, but I'm not bothered really.

Took a preorder form into the shop when I picked up my ST.

Very sadly I seem to be in the minority who had this go smoothly!

Funnily enough, this is the first time I've ever bought a replica strip 2 seasons in a row for the same team.

Still no shirt at this rate will it be here before sat for the west brom game - i think i will be giving the club a call tomorrow if its not in the mail tomorrow - really disappointed but not surprised

They seem to have a problem with posting tickets out like not making a effort to posting them but happy to charge for it. Always best to just go down and deal with them in person if you can of corse.

Does anyone actually know how long these shirts are going to be for?

I can understand the home shirt being for one season as we only had a new one last summer but the away shirt should be for two years, even if the sponsor changes next summer they should really just change the print.

Otherwise we could end up with three new shirts next summer, although that sounds great for the Club's balance sheet it would be too much for me.

It has a quote inside the shirt, it says "Kick Off 2009 Full Time 2010" so i guess its just for this season.

As the home and away shirts are awful I may think about getting the GK shirt instead this season.

From the 'leak' it looks as though the away shirt carries the same 'kick off' and 'full time' on the label.

I tried zooming in when it was leaked, but it became a bit difficult to read. It did look more like 2011 than 2010, though.

still waiting, I rang up on monday and the lovely lady on the other end said my order ''was being 'processed' today'' (monday) I expect it to be delivered today(wednesday), if not I'll ring again. I've only asked for the sponsor so there is no personalisation, why has it taken over a week?

It arrived today, pleased with it, its a decent shirt, needs the sponsor though,' empty picture frame' is right

Do they send a dispatch email at all for the online store?

How long do they take to respond to emails also? I got an order confirmation on Saturday, but I don't think the moneys gone out of my account.

This is dodgy stuff the online store.
