This will be the date of the opening of the club shop and launching the new kit.

However, I note from the article: "These are two exciting retail opportunities in the store, which is due to open in August".
AUGUST? Nice way to potentially miss out on a large number of sales of the "new" kit before the season starts proper, but then I guess we shouldn't be surprised really!

Does anyone know what work they're doing to the shop and ticket office? Are they knocking down the wall between the two to create one large floorspace or is it something more radical?
It would be good if someone who lives nearby could have a drive down to see if there are builders around and, if so, ask them a few questions.

I have heard that the enterance to the ticket office has been blocked up, Therefore once you get your match ticket you will have to enter the club shop.
The ticket office and shop will be one and the same. The ticket counters will be located at the rear of the shop. Not quite sure how this will effect shop sales pre match on busy days.
