Sorry to make such an inane thread, but can you park in the Main Stand car park for free on non-matchdays? I was just gonna go down today and buy the new home or away shirt (still undecided lol ). I have this sneaking suspicion at the back of my mind, is the reason we haven't signed anyone yet is due to me not buying the new shirt :)

There's usually a steward on the gate and as long as you're legit, I've never had a problem - he/she'll ask you why you're here, and you tell 'em. :)

If there's no steward, there's no problem!

Cheers Flaggy, We'll see if the bald man's there.. I'll take my camera just in case there's any activity ;)

I've always parked in the Main Stand Car Park to visit the shop (and did so again the other day) without any problems at all.

During the day you can often park on the street right outside the shop aswell.

yes you can i've been to the shop today.
not much in there apart from shirts, when i asked why the guy on the till said that they have only got 50% of stock in the shop.

I received a brochure today from the new club shop.
Up in the left hand corner of the envelope was a nice Forest badge .
Up in the right hand corner was the stamp, nothing unusual there, however,it was posted from France.

Explain that one!

Easy access to chips after purchasing the new shirt? :D

...just make sure you buy a shirt one size bigger than your usual.

:D

I do that anyway. Easy to wear the shirt over your coat when cold & also you're safe if you get too fat from drinking too much beer and eating chips.
