It's not a case of bringing in players to replace others already here - it's about building a squad that can cover for injuries/rotation without there being any significant drop off in terms of quality.
Our first XI today was brilliant, but we'll have too many games to be able to play an unchanged side every week - nor should we, as it eventually catches up with you as we found out in the last ten games of the previous season.
