We only have to beat them at home and we are going to Wembley!! We have lost nothing yet! If anything I think we are slight favourites with our home record. We have to beat Blackpool, with 28000 forest fans getting behind the team....can't be that difficult!

It's a game of four halves and we're just one goal down at Half Time. Two clear goals at home with a roaring crowd in full support will see us through to Wembley.

Simples! lol

Put it this way - can't be any worse than Yeovil at home

Much happier going into this as underdogs - pressure is all on Blackpool now - we have nothing to lose or defend

If they manage to hold out for 90 minutes at our place then they deserve to go through

We will attack from start to finish - even if they breakaway and score - we still carry on attacking

Actually prefer this scenario than us having a one goal lead to defend and everybody being on edge from the start

I would like to say they will sit back and defend but I doubt its their managers style, never mind the players :L

Certainly lots to play for and a massive motivation for the Forest players to give them a good hiding this time in respect to them beating us three times and being fortunate in at least two of those games. Bring it on.

I've got a feeling we'll crush them Tuesday, there's nothing for it but to tear into them, I can just see Earnshaw having a field day somehow ...

We'll have them at our place and when we go up we'll come back for Adams, Baptiste and maybe even Vaughan. Billy didn't look too distressed by the result, in William we trust!

as i siad in the other thread being 1 down will suit us as we know what we have to do this time no deffending leads

Earthworm you are bang on.

I'm absolutely convinced that despite our inept 2nd half display we will romp this Tuesday night. I simply can not believe that we will play so badly at home, and our results at home say it all. You can say want you want about their one goal cushion, but Ian Hollaway really has his work cut out tuesday. If they win then fair play to Holloway.

WFT happened to our midfield today!

Raddy was superb first half but got lost after half time. Cohen was good first half too, great goal but became leggy. McKenna just looked slightly off the pace but did ok.

I can also see us doing them at home, they didnt show me anything today to worry about. Their style of football is terrible, half the time the ball is in orbit, i thought i saw gary megson in their dugout at one point

i can only echo some of the above comments , if blackpool leave the city ground on tuesday unbeaten then they deserve a place at wembley , if we get into gear it's ours for the taking .

I don't know why because I'm ussually the most grumpy pessimistic person around but for some reason I just see us romping it at home too.

Couldn't agree more. If our home game had come first and we only came out of it with a 1 goal lead and had to go away to defend it I'd be shitting myself about the second leg. At least we know how we have to approach the game on Tues night whereas Blackpool have to decide whether or not to sit on their lead or try and score more. Add to that the better playing surface and a big vociferous home crowd and the red machine should hopefully get the job done.

They say luck evens itself out over a season, I personally think this saying is a load of bull but we are certainly due some against Blackpool this season.
