Its usual for a company to take money before shipping, email them and ask when you can expect delivery

Well, considering your purchase is goverened by them, you should at least be aware of them.

No actual payment is taken until your goods are being packed for delivery. Pre-order items will also not be charged for until your goods are being packed for delivery.

Buying from department stores catalogues is account based though, so you have to cear your account by a certain date or at least pay an amount as its effectivley on credit.
