Bit premature considering we still don't know 2 of the teams that will be in the league next season, but those are the first set of odds released :)

Are those odds for the winners or for promotion?

QPR are pretty short as well. Obviously they have ridiculous amounts of money, but haven't actually shown sign of spending it on a particularly high class of player, and they've got Dowie.

We're not a bad price at 25s.
Charlton look value to me at 20-1

We should be 40/1 IMO. How is your defence ? Because you have got 25 Plus goals from Earnie so worth a punt IMO.

We had one of the best defensive records in the entire league last season, obviously that's no guarantee in a higher level though. However our defensive is young and has the potential to improve, as does our midfield.

Wilson IMO will be a Premiership defender in the near future.. I just hope its with us.

Morgan is prone to the odd "wes-moment" but is otherwise pretty solid.

Breckin is a good experienced head but a little slow.

What Bennett lacks in skill he more than makes up for in passion... our player of the year last season, even though in my opinion, hes technically one of our weaker players. Pure passion has got him this far though, so who knows.

We need a new right back... Luke Chambers did a decent job there, but really he's a center back, not a full back, and I fear he would be found out in the Championship.

and Paul Smith for me, was the best shot stopper in league one, and will be up amongst the best in the Championship. Just his distribution that lets him down.

I'm suprised we're at 25/1.

Obviously with the figures touted about we're expected to spend this summer.
CURRENTLY though, we have spent nil, lost one of our best players, and probably have one of the three weakest squads in the Championship.

25/1 takes the piss, it should be 50/1.

I think if our squad was as it is now, with a replacement equal to Commons' benefit to us last season, 40/1 would be fair odds. Somewhere in between Norwich and Coventry.

But given we've shown intentions to invest, I expect us to be around the 25/1 mark with the squad come August.

I would go along with that aprt from the bit where derby are 3rd favourites.

I'd be quite happy if the table finshed like that, would be better if Derby would finish bottom though ;D

Quite that though I do believe it was a one off last season.I fully expect Birmingham to win the league with the players they will have at their disposal with Sheffield United and Reading posing serious competition for that 2nd spot.Though I do admit the playoffs will be open to most sides next year

Nah.

Three weakest? Thats abit negative? Very strong defence, possibly strong frontline with the addition of Earnshaw.

Clingan, McGugan, McCleary, Cohen? Our midfield isn't that bad either.
