Nice photos, just looking at the rest of your board, I see your copying Manure and getting some scalves made, is it your old colours, what are they, think it will help?

Your Chairman is A knob for what he has done cheating the fans like that, im so glad ours seems to have his head and heart in the right place.

I am of an age where I forget what I'm supposed to be doing, so I won't question the Cardiff chap's sources ... but did we have the Tricky Tree badge back in '74? If so, must have been the first season?

I think it was first used in the 73/74 season. I vaguely remember a competition to come up with the best design.

Anyone know if the 73/74 shirt is available as a replica?

What a guy; a Forest hero.

Also a very young MON in the first photo.

The biggest thing I remember from that season was Jimmy Sirrell dancing along the touch line after Notts beat us at the CG over Christmas. Which resulted in Alan Brown being sacked..............the rest as they say is history.

Wait though more recently we sacked a manager after a poor Christmas game to replace him with a self opinionated loud mouthed egotist (that's not a negative) could history be repeating itself?

I remember being at the same fixture 1976/77 as I was working in Wales then. We won 0v3 and there was fighting all the way back to the Station. The Cardiff yobs were climbing the fences at Ninian Pk trying to get at us Forest fans in the neutral section behind the goal.
